Wellness and Prevention (hereinafter "Haruno Wellness") is the controller of personal data processing, as described in this Privacy Statement.

 

Haruno Wellness establishes this privacy statement in order to provide insight into the use of personal data on www.harunowellness.com (hereinafter "the Website"), and all domains related to the Website.

Personal data is defined as any information that identifies an individual, such as the name, customer number and personal contact details. Information which is not personal, but which in combination with personal data leads to identification of the user, also counts as personal data.

This privacy statement applies to everyone who visits the website, or communicates in any other way with the website (hereinafter "the user").

Haruno Wellness undertakes to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the General Data Protection Regulation Implementation Act.

To guarantee the protection of personal data if the recipient of the data is located in a third country for which there is no adequacy decision from the European Commission, the following additional measures have been taken:

Data is pseudonymized for transfer to third countries.

Personal data will only be provided for the period and to the extent necessary to carry out the order given to the recipients by Haruno Wellness.

In all cases of disclosure of personal data to third parties, Haruno Wellness will ensure that the data will only be used for the purposes intended and will be kept in accordance with the level of protection guaranteed by law.

Haruno Wellness will never sell the user's data for commercial purposes.

 

4. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

5. RIGHTS OF THE USERS

The user of the website may exercise their rights against Haruno Wellness at any time.

The user may make his request for the exercise of one or more of his rights to Haruno Wellness using one of the Haruno Wellness contact details mentioned in this Privacy Statement.

Haruno Wellness will comply with the user's request unless the request is unfounded or excessive.

Haruno Wellness will respond to the user's request within one month of the request being made, even if the request is not complied with.

The response to the request must be clear to the user, and must be provided to the user in writing or by other (electronic) means.

a. Right to information about processing operations

The user of the website has the right to a clear and transparent explanation of the data processing.

Through this privacy statement, Haruno Wellness provides information regarding the source of the data, the data recipient(s), the purposes, necessity and basis of the data processing, the data protection safeguards, the retention period, the contact details for complaints, and the user's rights.

b. Right of inspection

The user of the Website has the right to consult, at reasonable intervals, his personal data that have been collected.

If requested, Haruno Wellness will provide the user with an overview of at least the following data related to the user:

• the objectives for the data processing;
• the categories of personal data being processed;
• the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data are transferred;
• the retention period of the personal data;
• the right to modify, delete, restrict or object;
• the right to lodge a complaint.

If the user requests access to their personal information collected, the identity of the user will be established by Haruno Wellness before access is granted.

If a copy of the data is provided to the user, no charge will be made for the provision of the copy, unless the user wishes to receive multiple copies and a reasonable charge can be made for this based on administrative costs.

The copy shall be offered in writing, including in electronic form.

If the User submits the request for inspection electronically, the copy of the data shall also be provided in electronic form, unless the User requests otherwise.

A copy of the personal data shall be provided to the user within one month of the request.

c. Right of rectification

The user of the website has the right to correct or complete his personal data if they are not accurate.

If the user does not have the opportunity to correct or supplement his personal data himself, the user may instruct Haruno Wellness to correct or supplement his personal data.

Haruno Wellness will inform all recipients of the personal data of any changes, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort in relation to the user's interests. Haruno Wellness will provide the user with information about these recipients if the user requests it.

d. Right to data erasure

The user of the website has the right to have their collected personal data deleted by Haruno Wellness if any of the situations mentioned in Article 17(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation apply.

Also, the user has the right to be "forgotten" if Haruno Wellness has disclosed the user's personal data and the user requests the deletion of his data. In this case, Haruno Wellness shall take the necessary steps to inform other data controllers that the user wishes to delete his personal data or any copy thereof.

A request to exchange personal data need not be complied with if the processing of the data is necessary for one of the reasons referred to in Article 17(3) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

e. Right to data portability

The user of the website has the right to obtain his/her personal data from Haruno Wellness in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form, and to transfer it to another data controller, without any hindrance from Haruno Wellness, if one of the situations mentioned in Article 20(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation applies.

If the user exercises his/her right to data portability, the user is also entitled to have the personal data transferred directly from one controller to another, unless this is not technically possible.

The exercise of the right of portability is without prejudice to the right of erasure. This right shall not apply to processing required for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in Haruno Wellness.

The exercise of the right of transferability shall be without prejudice to the rights and freedoms of third parties.

 f. Right to object

Users of the website have the right to object, at any time and for their own particular situation, to the processing of their personal data by Haruno Wellness.

In the above case, Haruno Wellness will cease processing the user's personal data unless Haruno Wellness can provide compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the user, or that are related to the establishment, exercise or substantiation of a legal claim.

When processing personal data for direct marketing purposes, the user has the right to object at any time to the processing of his personal data.

If the user objects to data processing for direct marketing purposes, the data will no longer be processed for these purposes.

g. Right to complain

The user of the website has the right to submit a complaint regarding the processing of his/her personal data by Haruno Wellness to the Personal Data Authority.

Both complaints regarding the processing of the user's personal data and complaints regarding improper compliance with applicable laws may be filed.

6. USE OF COOKIES

Haruno Wellness uses cookies.

Cookies are small amounts of data that are placed on the user's browser when the user visits the website, and are sent back to the website's server on the user's next visit.

By placing cookies, users can be distinguished from each other and on a new visit to the website the users can be recognized. This makes it possible to track the use of the website by the user.
